These terms describe permitted use of heronopex.com and resources published under the Heron Operational Excellence trading name. They do not represent that an LLC has been formed. Contact info@heronopex.com with questions or permission requests. A separately signed consulting agreement governs any paid engagement and takes precedence for that engagement.

Unless identified otherwise, Heron or its licensors retain copyright and other intellectual property rights in the original website content, branding, articles, and templates. Third-party quotations, references, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any stated licenses.

Templates offered for download are available without providing an email address or accepting marketing. For Heron-owned templates, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, copy, and adapt them for your own personal or internal business use, including sharing adaptations within your organization. Keep attribution and applicable notices in copies.

You may not resell or publicly redistribute the original templates or adaptations as a standalone product, claim ownership of the original material, or use Heron branding to imply endorsement without written permission. Third-party content is excluded from this license unless its own license permits the use. No license to Heron trademarks is granted.

The material is general educational information, not a validated procedure, quality-system record, or legal, regulatory, medical, engineering, or other professional advice for your circumstances. Do not rely on it alone for patient care, product safety, regulatory submissions, validation, or manufacturing release. Independently assess, adapt, validate, and approve material through your own qualified personnel and applicable quality system. Reading or downloading material does not create a consulting or confidential relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heron and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, production, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the free website materials. Aggregate liability for claims relating solely to those free materials is limited to US $100.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not override mandatory consumer rights or the terms of a separately signed consulting agreement.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, infringe others’ rights, or submit unlawful content. External links are provided for reference; their operators control their own content and terms.

Arizona law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. The version supplied with a downloaded template governs the license granted for that copy unless you agree otherwise.
