Execution, not report-writing
We translate the decision into equipment, validation, procedures, training, and daily management—and stay connected through implementation.
Talk to us →About Heron
Heron helps medical-device and pharma manufacturers build, transfer, scale, and improve regulated operations, with particular depth in contact lenses and ophthalmic manufacturing.
Why Heron exists
Across regulated manufacturing sites, we kept seeing the same gaps. Strategy was separated from the people expected to execute it. Technology transfers moved forward on paper, then stalled during validation or routine production. Outside advice often ended with recommendations, leaving the operating team to translate them into equipment, procedures, training, and daily decisions.
Heron exists to close those gaps. We work alongside manufacturing teams to understand the process as it actually runs, identify the constraints that matter, and stay connected from assessment through implementation. The work may begin with a greenfield facility, a transfer, an ERP rollout, an integration, or an underperforming operation. Contact-lens and ophthalmic manufacturing are our deepest proof points; the approach serves medical-device manufacturing broadly.
How we work
We translate the decision into equipment, validation, procedures, training, and daily management—and stay connected through implementation.
The same operating logic follows the work from facility build and product transfer through routine production, diligence, and integration.
Quality-system and validation requirements are addressed while the process and operating model are designed, not added after the fact.
We start with how the operation actually runs, isolate the constraint, and focus action where it changes the outcome.
Where we have worked
Heron’s contact-lens experience is a specialist proof point, not a boundary around the work.

The name
The heron does not move without purpose. It observes patiently, understands its surroundings, and strikes once with precision. That is the operating model behind Heron: study the process as it actually runs, diagnose the constraint, and then act decisively. The name reflects the discipline behind the work—precision in the detail, process in the execution, and a constant pursuit of better manufacturing performance.
